Fitness Express is a 7-day program that includes one set of five different exercises for each day of the week. This program is tailored to the busy person who doesn’t have much time to do a 40-minute workout 2-3 times a week.
Fitness Express is designed to build strength and improve mobility using just your own body weight. It’s low impact, but high in intensity, so you get more results in a shorter period of time. Resistant bands are recommended for just some of the exercises. That said, results happen when you put the effort in.
