He developed fitness certifications for LA fitness, and three levels of Pilates Mat Certifications for the American Aerobic Association and International Sports Medicine Association. He has personally trained instructors all over the world, and been featured on Fox TV. He is a published author with Human Kinetics writing a book entitled “Keiser Power Pacing” for indoor cycling. He has been quoted and published in various fitness magazines and journals over the years. He is certified as an American Council of Exercise group fitness instructor and a certified personal trainer with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America. He has presented and consulted for IDEA, AFAA, Can’Fit Pro, IFTA and high end spas. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.
