Power Yoga:  45 minute LIVE Zoom virtual class with instructor Angie Gallis.

Class Time:  6:30am – 7:15am  EDT

Power Yoga flows at a faster pace with strength as our primary focus.  Modifications will be given.  Suitable for all ability levels.
