Equipment needed for class: 2-5 lb weights (or 2 soup cans/water bottles/cooking oil bottles)
Resistance Band (light, medium or intense – purchase from any online retailer or use dress/pants belt, which is better than nothing!)
Ball (light weight squishy Silver Sneakers style or buy from any online retailer – light exercise ball 4″ diameter or use small throw-cushion, which is better than nothing!)
