Angie’s training spans multiple genres including group fitness, personal training, and health and wellness coaching. Her primary focus being Yoga, she is certified through YogaFit and is currently working towards completing their 200 hr. RYT, 100 hr. Warriors and Warrior Kids (trauma informed) programs. After becoming unemployed when gyms were shuttered due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Angie took some time for self reflection and decided to pivot her offerings from the gym to online in order to be able to better serve not only her community, but communities worldwide! Angie is a “Jill” of many trades and additionally is an avid bicyclist and works as a judge and director for regional and national dance competitions!
Yoga: Balance & Restore
Yoga: Balance & Restore – 60 minute LIVE Zoom virtual class with instructor Angie Gallis.
Class Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm EDT
The first 30 minutes we will focus on a gentle flow to warm our bodies and balance poses. The second half of class will be restorative poses to bring rest back to our bodies and minds. Props (blocks and bolsters or thick books and pillows, etc.) are recommended for the restorative part of this practice.
