YogaBall Advanced Moves MiniCourse


Yoga can bring with it strength and serenity.  The YogaBall program was developed by Adita Yrizarry-Lang.  She recognized many of the challenges students were having in class and wanted to give them a tool that would help with balance and flexibility.

This is a great add-on of moves to any existing YogaBall program.  In this course you will learn to teach 10 advanced movements that can be combines with other training disciplines as well .
